Meet The Teams

The owners are Alan and Robin Strang who come from the country town of Longreach Western Queensland and before that off the land just to the north. Their roots go way back in animal husbandry so for them this seemed a natural progression into pets and their nutrition.

They enjoy meeting people along with their pets and beliefs in a high standard of customer service in their other business ventures make them a great team.

They have been lucky to secure the services of two great girls whose added flare of great customer care and for one in particular a love and knowledge of birds which has been invaluable.

Their teenagers Jack, Zoë and Roddy have all become competent salespeople in the short time they have been opened and spend most weekends in the shop.
